The work of the mixer machine is to prepare soap solution by mixing dolomite powder, soda powder, acid solution etc. Similarly, the work of soap soap-making dye machine is to give the right shape to the soap. And also a packing machine is required for packaging the finished soap bars. The manufacturing process of detergent soap involves several key steps. First of all, turn on the mixer machine, and add dolomite powder as per your requirement. After this, 3 kg soda powder needs to be added in it. Then, 20 kg acid solution has to be added in dolomite and soda powder while mixing. After this, add 4 kg AOS in it, this makes the soap foamy. And then, leave all the things to mix for some time. After this, sodium silicate needs to be added in it, Add 10 kg sodium silicate.
If you want to give some kind of color or special perfume to the cake you are making, then at this time you can add the color of your choice. After this, 5 kg of polymer needs to be added, By adding polymer to it, there is no burning sensation in the hands while using the soap. When all this is mixed well, the soap becomes like kneaded dough, then extruded into a continuous shape using a soap plodder. The soap is cut into bars or other desired shapes, dried to reduce moisture content, and finally stamped with a brand logo before being packaged for distribution.
This business requires special marketing. First of all, you have to make contact with as many retailers as possible. Along with retail, you can also sell your soap in wholesale. However, the profit is more when selling soap in retail So, focus on building a solid distribution network, ensuring your products are available in retail stores and supermarkets. next, make different types of handbills and hoardings to promote your brand and put them in the main markets of the city. Also, pricing your soap competitively can help attract customers, especially in the early stages.
